We were also particularly surprised by the small, lovingly designed campsite. The site is impeccably maintained and very clean, and we have rarely experienced such a well-equipped kitchen. There's even a small pool for children or for cooling off. Fair price! Highly recommended!

We were very pleasantly surprised by this small, relatively inexpensive campsite. Although the site is a bit older, everything is very well maintained. Hot showers, inexpensive washing machines, and a well-equipped kitchen made our stay particularly enjoyable. We highly recommend this campsite 😊

Pretty standard car park aesthetically, but amenities were great. Showers were hot and had great pressure, water, power, laundry, kitchen, and rubbish all available. Easy to find and easy to book. Was a good stop between Dunedin and Christchurch on my travels

Nice setting and friendly people. Clean kitchen and toilets, showers a bit weak but did the job. Free WiFi is only 200mb per pitch so very limited.

Lovely 1 nights stay, powered hard standing plot for 2 people - 45$ Included full use of facilities (unlimited time hot showers) / oven & microwaves / living room with tv and games / WiFi (limited) / washer & dryer were 4$ each Lovely couple that run this campsite, would recommend! Lovely location! Very close to towns free car parks!

Clean yes, whee bit cold in the toilets. Friendly owner, but didn't tell us nothing about the 10GB data just valid for 24hr- and made us pay another night because we did'nt check out at ten am where we were sleeping cause of night shift. Unreasonable, not really appreciated. Sad bc it's a good campsite.

A nice homely camp. Dated but clean functional facilities. Quite a few permanents but quiet and peaceful. Beautiful trees and bird life. Didn’t hear any road noise. Short drive to town. Grass or firm ground sites. Up the back is a graveyard for old caravans. A retro fan treasure trove. There is a 1957 van there which has rego and wof.
