Don’t book here, it’s a parking spot. You’ll be camping next to a garbage container, spots are very tiny. Hard to park your campervan here, even if it’s a small van. Staff is not helpful at all, they claim to advertise it correctly. Location is good, that’s the only positive thing I can say about them.

All the facilities were extremely nice and very close to town but it’s a rather small car park and you’re all very close together. Would be better if they had one or two spaces less. Washing machine and dryer was $6 each aswell which is more expensive than everywhere else I’ve been

If you are a BACKPACKER go there, the place is nice 5 minutes from the city center. There is plenty of space to sit outside and a very nice lounge. Cleaning is done regularly in the bathrooms/toilets but the kitchen is more complicated because it is up to the people staying to be careful what they do not do. If you are with a CAMPERVAN don't go there. The parking lot is small and very narrow. We had booked 2 nights, when we left to visit our place was changed without warning us. And this despite having put the keel with our name. The new place was even narrower, difficult to maneuver. We asked someone who was already there to move their car to help us park.

was told on the phone and the app that this place was suitable for all véhicule types, however when we arrived the entrance was hardly big enough to take our britz 2 berther van. had to reverse out almost hitting the sides as the ground was so uneven. would not recommend for anything bigger than a small car.

There's a super small pool and sauna, but both were not really hot. The parking lot was not too bad for our campervan. It's the facilities that's it for me. There are waaaay to many people in this hostel to fit the kitchen, showers and the common room. I guess with the camper spots they tried to fit in even more ppl

We have booked one night for a campervan. Very tiny space in the back of the hostel next to the restrooms and garbage Container. No privacy at all. Staff were very friendly, restrooms clean, good WiFi and close to the City.

It’s very tight to park a small camper van I was continuously woken by the banging of the toilet door. Was going to do a clothing wash was told could not use the washer till 5pm . Not pleased with my stay at all not recommended me ward

Showering as a non-guest is only possible if you buy the Day Pass for $15. Then you can stay there and use the shower.

Awesome location! Staff very helpful and friendly. Hot Pool, Sauna and huge deck! Bathrooms and kitchen clean. Also have social events, we enjoyed a free dinner! Highly recommend if you passing through Queenstown!
