Put "Spooner tunnel" in Google map. The tunnel is really worth the stop, long, cold and dark, but good experience! I was lucky and saw just few glow worms in a cavitie, amazing!

This was the coolest thing! I was the only one in the "carpark" (gravel pit) so was a bit eery walking with no one around. I walked inside the tunnel about 5 metres then decided my heart wouldnt be able to deal with the pitch black alone for 1.5kms hahaha. But definately something i would walk if i wasnt alone. Worth the stop for sure!

Do not use these coordinates, follow google maps instead. Bring torches. It is cold! Pretty cool! We even saw glowworms.

It's pretty cool! You definitely need torches. Just go here by looking for the tunnel on google maps. There's plenty parking and from there it's a 450m walk to the actual tunnel. Just go east on the parking spot and you'll find a blue sign leading the way.

Bring lights; it is spooky without lights and gets completely dark inside. We enjoyed this and went all the way through the tunnel from the south side to the north and return. The directions given in the comments make it easy to find the south entrance.

You need a flashlight, but the way is just. Definitely a must if you are in the area.

Really interesting and cool place to visit especially if it's on your way. We just wrote Spooners Tunnel in Google Maps and it lead us to the parking where you have only 450m until the entrance of the tunnel.

Directions The road on top off Spooners range where the gps map wants to take you is wrong. There are two ways to get to the tunnel. At the base of the range on the Northern side at Belgrove the is a small blue sign saying Spooners tunnel road. It is about a one and a half hour walk one way to the start of the tunnel this way. The other way is just at the base of the range on the southern side there is a small blue sign saying bush track 28. From there it’s only 450 metres to the start off the tunnel. We found it very interesting and worth doing.
