Nice campground. Long drop toilets. Dont expect much. But at perfect spot in between nature a beautiful visit and wild life. Also the startpoint of the Clarke gorge hike(definitely worth going) 4km return with 9 water crossings but pretty simple. With a waterfall at the end. Also the startpoint of nicholl walk less impressive but caves a great to explore. No phonesignal anywhere in the park and you need a permit to drive in the park and an additional 6 AUS booking fee. Breathtaking! A very popular area with plenty of trees for shade. Three walking tracks of varying lengths and difficulties are accessible. Lots of native fauna including kangaroos, wallabies and emus. Brumbies will come into camp each morning and each evening. Drop toilets and camp fires.
