First night in a rented camper van and it was a great place to start out. Took an en-suite powered pitch which was lovely and an easy introduction to setting up and using the van. Camp was clean and well maintained. Great creek/beach directly opposite and the custard canteen coffee shop is well worth a visit!

Me and Girlfriend in Apollo camper. €67 dollars powered $60 unpowered. Right next to the creek with a beach and swimming area. Bus stop just outside 5 mins to Burleigh heads for great beaches and night life. Seen the bad reviews but the toilets and showers are good. Ask for a corner spot it’ll give you more space.

Look, it’s a tourist park and there isn’t much else around to camp at, so it was expensive. We came expecting noise that you generally get with this type of camping. Honestly the noise was fine, quiet overnight. Toilets and showers are clean, great water pressure. Access to the river and beach is awesome, very nice especially if you have kids.

- 1 night - Unpowered - 2 P., 50 $ The camp site itself was clutter. Sanitary clean, friendly staff. -> unpowered Campsites DIRECTLY on the street, where motorcycles and trucks drive very loud all night long. Due to the bright lighting of the street and the campsite, together with the noise, sleeping was hardly possible. In addition, the way to the sanitary facilities was relatively far to go. We would not take another Unpowered place!

Great park! Comparable prices for the area. The BBQs were great and everything is close. We were able to get a space last minute on a Saturday night

Good campsite but expensive, as all campsites in Gold Coast seem to be ($48 per night for 2 people in a campervan space - that was with a discount applied). Each space had power and water. The camp is cose to beaches, Burleigh National Park, the aboriginal centre and public transport links. Clean toilet/shower blocks. Swimming pools on site. Different activities on some nights during the week. (E.g. The Saturday night we visited was movie night and they had a projector set up outside showing Hercules). BBQ areas and dish washing facilites but no standard kitchen facilities.

Stayed here for 4 nights, is a good place for children. Camps along the river estuary along the estuary, the river is relatively calm, the sea is not high sea level, suitable for swimming, children really like. OK basic facilities, toilet shower relatively clean, laundry is also very good, there are 3 swimming pools, suitable for children to play. There is no kitchen, this is not very convenient. Weekends when many people, locals are on vacation, but not full, because the camp is large, a lot of places. The management of camps was slack and completely self-conscious. Therefore, some foreigners did not consciously rent rented camps but took power lines to our camps so that we had to plug in others power piles. The door has a password, but it is often open during the day and closes at night. The toilet also has a password, but its also nice to mix in. wifi is free. There are many mixed camps, administrators know that they do not want to control, who do not want trouble.

Large campsite, beautifully located on the creek. However, near the highway, places without electricity are right on the road (quite noisy at night). Camping kitchen minimalist, BBQ ok. Tables there were always dirty. Toilets and showers had enough, but these were always dirty because they were cleaned only once a day. We paid over the weekend a hefty $ 56 for a pitch without electricity !! During the week $ 42. However, one of the few campsites that even offer pitches without electricity. Pool area very small and crowded. Receptionists not very friendly, have just done their job ..

Originally planned to stay 3 nights but extended to 5. We were pretty far from amenities, they have new and old. Only thing we didn't enjoy was the price. We were beach front in our van so a little more expensive at $81 a night for 2 adults and 3 children
