Bring a picnic lunch, mix and mingle with fellow Trail-goers and enjoy live tunes from homegrown heroes Split Image and country pop rising star Chloe Styler. If you're keen to keep the good times rolling, those aged 18+ can head to the beloved Goondiwindi Picnic Races for even more celebration.

Our peaceful and expansive park is iin Outback Queensland, in Goondiwindi. It covers 10 acres and offers a secure, clean, and peaceful environment. Take the opportunity to hand-feed the ducks and possums at our billabong, or even try your hand at kayaking.

At Goondiwindi Tourist Park, you'll find a selection of modern cabins, including some with their own private bathrooms. Furthermore, powered and unpowered sites are available for caravanners and campers, and we can accommodate the largest of caravans and motorhomes.

Goondiwindi Holiday Park

This grassy and open area with no facilities is located in the lagoon area, close to the road. It's a good fishing, swimming and canoeing spot. 

There is a very limited shade and it's suitable for SC vehicles only.

Rainbow Reserve Dumaresq River Camp

A section of the Serpentine Creek has been converted to form the Natural Heritage & Water Park. 

The 210ha recreational water park opened early in 2004 and offers plenty of activities for all ages. The purpose built 3km water channel provides great opportunities for water sports of all kinds including waterskiing, wakeboarding, canoeing and boating. It is also the perfect place to view the vast bird life, have a picnic on the lawn or swim at the designated area.

As a result of initiatives by the former Goondiwindi Town Council, the Federal Government through Environment Australia, made a decision to fund a Natural Heritage & Water Park, to make available skiing and boating facilities and to provide a focal point for tourism and recreation in the town and district.

Goondiwindi Natural Heritage & Water Park

The Macintyre River Walkway follows the majestic tree-lined Macintyre River for about 3km, and is a great place to view the prolific birdlife in this area.

Along the way you will find points of interest with a series of interpretive signs about the environment, social, economic, historical and cultural aspects of the river, with numerous opportunities to enjoy its natural beauty.  

For the fitness enthusiasts, exercise stations are located along the walkway at Riddles Oval, McLean Street and Boyle Street.

Macintyre Riverwalk

Sitting right in the central hub of Goondiwindi is The Victoria Hotel. 

The original building was a single-story wooden structure with a tin roof. Hitching posts & horse troughs flanked the intersecting dirt tracks that are today's Marshall and Herbert Streets. 

A lot has changed since then, however we maintain the good old-fashioned hospitality we’ve been known for, for decades.

Operating as a pub since the 1920s, we've been intrinsically connected to the community ever since. Our menu is inspired by the surroundings of Goondiwindi and beyond and of course, our local suppliers. Boasting succulent steaks, fresh seafood, clean salads and all your pub favourites, we’ve taken our menu to the next level with modern Australian twist on old classics.

Whether you're stopping in for a meal, catching up for a drink, watching the game with mates, or celebrating a special event, we've got something for everyone at The Victoria Hotel.
