The Aboriginal Dreamtime Artwork along the Walkway in Balonne is a culturally rich display that offers a glimpse into the Aboriginal Dreamtime mythology. 

As you stroll along the walkway, you'll encounter a series of vibrant and intricate artworks that tell stories of creation, ancestral spirits, and the interconnectedness of all living things.

Be mesmerized by the colourful scenery, enriched commentary and wildlife along the beautiful Balonne River, as you travel approx. 8km one way (approx. 1 hour) upstream then same downstream, taking in the local flora, fauna and cultural history of the area.

SRC operates 365 days pending weather and minimum passenger numbers (6 adults or the dollar value equivalent). 

From April 1st through to Sept. 30th (our tourist season) SRC hosts 2 daily cruises, 11AM-1PM and 4-6PM that depart from the boat ramp. BYO drinks and nibbles. $45/adult, $25/child 14yo and under, pets allowed (must be on a leash).
