Walgett is a RV friendly town and offers a camping area for free. Public toilets, several picnic tables (some sheltered), rubbish bins, BBQ and a dump point available. Max stay: 2 nights in the designated areas. Suitable for all kinds of vehicles and tents. Parking on sandy area, might get dusty thought. Toilets old and not too clean, but okay. No lights. Please appreciate the courtesy of Walgett and leave this place clean. Well-established area, don't arrive too late. Safe place, police drive by frequently.
