Mt Monster Conservation Park

A great little spot, about 10K of the Dukes highway at Keith. The track in is a bit tight for vans over 25ft, but manageable. There are a number of sites as you enter and near the main carpark, but the best sites are either on the acres of flat ground near the exit, or better still in the old quarry area although it's a bit tight there for bigger rigs. Surface is gravel everywhere so solid to drive on. If you have a big rig, drive in the out gate and the big stress is just inside, but probably get someone to walk in front it's only about 100 mt to where you leave the track to camp.
