Barley Stacks Wines

Barley Stacks Wines is the first commercial vineyard and winery to be established on the traditional barley belt of the Yorke Peninsula, SA. The vision of the vineyard was to transform the rich grey loam over limestone soil sloping paddocks into a vineyard, producing premium grapes. Owned and operated by the Schulz family who have a high level of determination, passion and commitment to ensuring only premium wines are produced. The wine produced at Barley Stacks Wines is made from grapes grown in our own vineyards, which are also crushed, fermented, stored and bottled on site. The onsite process allows for strict quality control of all facets of the wine production. The vineyard has a strong focus on environmental sustainability and ensuring leading edge technology is utilised to maintain consistently high quality wines. Our Cellar Door is open daily from 10am to 5pm (excluding Good Friday & Christmas Day).
