Paynes Find Camp Spot

This is a camping spot 12 km N of Payne's Find or 132 km S of Mount Magnet. There is a secluded and hidden dirt track on the Western side of the road that leads to this area and it is easy to miss. Follow the track 1.2 km the bush will open up to a freedom camping area. There are also plenty of secluded bush sites throughout this area. There are no facilities, but some man-made fire rings. All types of vehicles can access this area, but large vehicles may have trouble with narrow tracks and turnarounds. There is shade and seclusion, but some noise from the highway is heard.
