No loud noise after 10pm; Generators and machinery are prohibited; No access to showers and laundry between 06.00am and 08.30am Monday to Friday. No washing dishes/clothes in sinks; No hanging out washing or towels; No animals; No wastewater is to be dumped onsite; GRASSED AREA MAY BE CLOSED WITHOUT NOTICE DUE TO WET WEATHER CONDITIONS – PLEASE CHECK IN ADVANCE IF SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED. PARKING AVAILABLE IN ADJACENT CARPARK IF GRASSED AREA CLOSED. NO REFUNDS IN THE EVENT OF CLOSURE
