Whale Bay

This is perhaps New Zealand’s best kept summer secret. You’ll take a short stroll over a small hill via a formed path through ancient native bush offering bird song and epic views down the coast before exiting out on to the stunning white sand of Whale Bay.

Fringed with native bush, this sheltered bay and its crystal clear waters offers a great place for a swim, picnic and a snorkel - dolphins can even be seen here!
