Rukumoana Reserve

Freedom camping in self-contained vehicles is permitted in all areas of the Rukumoana Reserve, as highlighted in the map. Caution should be taken during winter months, as the ground can be soft.. No person may freedom camp for more than three (3) consecutive nights in any calendar month with only 3 vehicles allowed on site at any one time. Check the comments for more information from users.
