From SH1/Plimmerton: At traffic lights turn onto Grays Rd/Plimmerton-Pauatahanui Rd, travel 5.6kms. At intersection with Paekakariki Hill Rd, turn left, follow road to Battle Hill, approx. 5.6kms. Well signposted; destination is on right.
Fees must be paid at office before parking; if no one there Ranger will collect in evening.
Restrictions: Bookings essential. NOT suitable for big vehicles; steep, winding, tight corners and ford. NO hot water. NO kitchen facilities. STRICTLY NO DOGS.
