Welcome to Brocks Place Farm stay, Overnight parking 2.25kms from Hobbiton. Parking area to park your car/camper/van, or pitch a tent.Toilets & hot shower($2 for 5mins).Cold shower available. Wake up to amazing views. $10 pp/night please bring cash. We open 3pm-7pm, with a vacate by 10am. Please DONT come outside these hours!!!!!!!!! Please come to us BEFOREHAND if you are doing Evening Banquet Tour at Hobbiton!
