Okarito Kayaks offers freedom rental and guided kayak trips on the stunning Okarito Lagoon. We're the two red sheds on the left just as you enter the village.
Spectacular scenery, peaceful untouched river channels and great birdlife, combined with shallow calm water, makes Okarito Lagoon an awesome place to kayak. In the right conditions, kayaking is possible for all ages and abilities.
Contact us to talk about the best tide and weather conditions for exploring the lagoon, or just drop in for a really good espresso coffee and some home-made icecream or baking.
