Mijn vrouw en ik stopten hier voor de nacht. Aankomst rond 3pm en er waren ruimtes beschikbaar. Om 5pm was het vol. Stap op en ging voor een wandeling en het park, de speeltuin zijn geweldig en de toiletten zijn schoon met en buiten de deur douche. Rockhampton hebben goed gedaan het maken van dit een gratis site als het is net buiten de hoofdweg maar het lawaai was niet slecht.

Geweldige gratis camping! We kwamen heel laat aan, rond 7:30 uur, en gelukkig konden we een beschikbare plaats vinden, maar het was al heel vol. De camping was schoon, rustig, en er was veel grasruimte voor tenten.

Geweldige rustgebied 10 minuten naar het toilet en buiten douche en een geweldige speeltuin voor kinderen van alle leeftijden.

Goede locatie, veel ruimte. Toiletten 10 minuten verwijderd dus beter om zelf te worden opgeslagen.

Right in town. A bit noisy Nice community cob. Just a car park no shade. Need to be fully self contained Toilets and outdoor shower at other end of the park. Fills fast.

Awesome free camping

Nice size car park next to a park, toilets avaliable 8 minutes away walk open 5am-8pm. 24 hour available but you have to drive to the other side of the park. The comment in March is wrong as there is two car parks, one for overnight parking and one for the day. Next to A1 but didn't bother us overnight. Drinking water points avalible next to the toilets 8 minutes away. (I called the council to confirm avalible overnight stay)

Clean, very quiet, no bathrooms but right next to a hungry jacks and other stores. Quite nice for a free camp!

A beautiful area to park at and do some yoga in. I arrived around 4pm; there were plenty of parks to choose from. Toilets and showers are a short 6 minute walk away into the gardens, clean and with toilet paper. There are a couple of picnic tables near the car park on the grass. I felt very safe as a solo traveler and was not bothered by the road noise, quite minimal at night. You can fuel up across the road and probably other shops but I didn’t need to venture there. Highly recommend this spot.
