A bird lovers paradise. Large camping areas in a row sectioned by low fences but without privacy. only a couple of other campers last night so very quiet. Short walk to the river and 1 km to the waterhole. Telstra phone reception. Bring your own water and firewood. Feed the donkey boiler for a hot shower. Long drop toilets are not for the faint hearted. In fact they are the fullest smelliest I’ve encountered in 2 years of full time travel and many national parks stays. Many wallabies and roos
Kan deze plek niet meer aanraden. Het is de ultieme ontsnapping van de drukke wereld. Omringd door niets anders dan prachtig Nationaal Park & de wilde dieren. Zelfs met een beetje regen hier & daar deze plek is perfect. Gelegen zo dicht bij de rivier & verstopt weg in de bergen het is echt een van de meest rustige plaatsen die ik ooit kampeerde.
