Mooie watervallen. De weg daarboven heeft veel bochten. Wees op de hoogte van cassowary's!

Mooie watervallen met de grootste uitzichten ooit. Echt genoten van het uitzicht op de watervallen geweldige plek om te lunchen of een picknick, geen barbecues hoewel. Mooie kleine wandelroute naar de bodem, hoewel echt steil op de weg terug naar boven. lange rit op de weg omhoog maar is de moeite waard voor de uitzichten.

Het is de moeite waard, de watervallen zijn zeer indrukwekkend.

Liefde. favoriete wandeling van onze reis tot nu toe. 30 min naar beneden, 40 min terug naar boven. Rock stappen zijn behoorlijk steil en vermoeiend maar zo de moeite waard! Had een mooi zwemmen op de bodem ook en geblazen in de zon met een prachtig uitzicht op de watervallen.

Fantastische watervallen, de grootste in Australië. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de wandeling naar de bodem van het zwembad bereikbaar in 40 minuten. Het pad is goed uitgelegd, de klim in minder dan 40 minuten met onze 3 kinderen.

Helaas is de weg beschadigd en gesloten voor reparaties tot vrijdag 29 juni 18.

We went there on a rainy day and it was still beautiful and impressive. The drive first, in the morning there are a lot of kangaroos along the road and of course lots of cows who just chill on the side of the road (drive safely). Then steep and curvy road for about 15km (not suitable for caravan or trailers apprently). And if you are lucky you can see some cassowaries (again drive safely) the lookout is just next to the car park. The gorge lookout is 300m from the carpark. And the walk is 2-3h but not easy.

The road up there is quite steep but doable with a van. The view is beautiful and there is a track you can walk down, take 2-3 hours to walk all the way down. Not suitable if ur not fit.
