De cycloon in maart 2026 heeft het gebied zwaar getroffen, maar ze hersteld vrij goed. Het water en elektriciteit wordt geproduceerd ter plaatse, dus conserveer! (geen air-con toegestaan). Ze hebben zelfs een klein zwembad en een kleine camping keuken met BBQ en twee gasverbranders maar geen gereedschappen.
