Stayed a couple of days over Easter 2026. Absolutely wonderful. 21 large sites. Flushing toilets. Cold outdoor shower. Boat ramp. Dogs allowed. On the Blackwood River. $10 p/p p/n. Kids$5. Dogs free 😁 Find site before you put your payment envelope in the non returnable slot. Fill in envelope with payment and the slip to display at your site. No slip / envelope, ranger will take action.
21 sites available - I went on a Saturday night and had no dramas - no reception though - every site has a fire pit - cold shower - tap to fill water Jerry cans - plenty of toilets - bins provided - nice spot - right on the river - hard to find fire wood though
$10 per adult for one night. You look for a place, then fill out the envelope and put it in the trust box at the entrance to the camp. Don't forget to put the other part of the note in the chosen place in the Pay Display. The individual pitches are very large and under trees. Clean toilets, cold water shower and tap with potable water. Hardly any cell phone reception. Busy at the weekend, even with bad weather.

Nice spot close to a river, ideal for swimming. 18 shady camp spots. Swings for kids and bbq at the day use area. Basic but good amenities, cold shower and toilets.
Self contained camp sites are just that. Your money goes towards maintenance not hot showers and kitchens etc. There should be no complaints like the dude below. If you want luxury and you are not self contained then you shouldnt be camping here. Its as simple as that mate
Great place by the river, no facilities except by the toilets but we are in nature and it is very beautiful. Quiet, despite all the sites being occupied, the occupants are very respectful.
No hot water. It is a joke that they charge u if they don’t provide hot showers and after u cook u can’t even wash your dishes...:/ It’s better to stay in free toilet zone close to this one.
