Geweldig als je een hond hebt. Als hond park is groot. Naast een rondleiding dus krijg trafroc. lawaai maar ita. Niet slecht Concrete parkeerplaats. Zo goed als andere plaatsen zijn allemaal boggy en nat

Als je wilt dat de lokale bevolking gaat gooien potten om middernacht tot 3am dan hit hier. als je een hond liefhebber die een hond bezit en wil om uw hond te behandelen voor zover deze plek is de plaats🏽

Geen teken voor camperwagens, behalve tekens die mensen eraan herinnerden hun auto's te vergrendelen en hun spullen te verbergen. Ook in een zwaar geïndustrialiseerd gebied. We bleven niet. In plaats daarvan kwamen we naar de Clive site naast de rivier, die prachtig was en veel ruimte had.

Zeer open als op 25 augustus. perfecte plek als je van een vers gebrachte koffie houdt of als je je hond van de leiding laat lopen.

IMPORTANT !! Due to new road layout the directions given when travelling from Naper are very confusing. Travelling on Pakowhai Road - at the roundabout with Te Ara Kahikatea Road continue around the roundabout to the right. Gateway to park is on your left.

Was nice in the day to come and walk around the park here with some of the dog walkers. Once it got dark we were the only camper here. Some cars came playing loud music and doing donuts but left quite early. Most worryingly a couple of cars came in the night and checked out our van driving slowly by with their headlights on us. There is a camera with some sort of alarm on it that gets triggered... This only led to more anxiety as the alarm would go off even when no one appeared to be there! We moved on to another site and I would advise to go to the freedom camp spots on the seafront; definitely worth the 10min drive out of town.

Great little spot outside of town; quiet & secure. However be mindful if you’re staying on a weekend there’s a lot of locals arriving in cars to walk their dogs early in the morning

Great little spot easily accessible, some background noise from road but nothing too noticeable, CCTV monitored 24hours so perfectly safe, no toilet in car park however one can be found on the loop track around the beautiful park.

Open when I arrived. Nice for a one/two night stay. Local dog walkers I met and talked to were fantastic. Felt completely safe.
