Mooie plek en grappige kiwi-statue, leuke kleine ruimte voor een ijsje. Het standbeeld is tegenover het Big kiwi-tekenbord naast 4square.

Nice place to take a break from driving. Besides the giant kiwi, there are also free toilets and a supermarket.

Totally pointless, it's just a sign / painting on the wall, no stop value, keep going.

Oily absurd photo stop.

Really great.

Giant kiwi. Great for photos. Be careful, it may bite.

Cute photo stop!! We had fun :)

Every small town in New Zealand needs its “draw” for tourists - Eketahuna’s happens to be a giant kiwi statue. Fun for a photo op if you happen to be on the road passing through. Pay no mind to the ‘giant disappointment’ comments. If you get that upset about amusing little leg-stretching stops along the way, your travels must be a big barrel of no fun. Smile and enjoy the quirky moments along the way - the giant Kiwi being one of them ?

Giant disappointment, and I thought Australia's run down "big things" were bad

Kiwi is in the middle of town on the street! Cool stop for a picture!
