Ik lachte en lachte toen ik zag dat je extra moet betalen voor douches. Dat is iets wat ik nog nooit eerder heb gezien in een betaald vakantiepark als je een betaalde gast bent. Het uitzicht op het meer was echt leuk. Ik zou willen zeggen dat het rustig was, maar de eerste nacht ik wakker op 11pm om mensen te feesten aan het einde van het park met luide muziek. De locatie is ongemakkelijk,een hele manier uit de stad.Als je jezelf beperkt en blij om je eigen faciliteiten te gebruiken & wil niet in de buurt van restaurants zijn goed

Geweldige camping site, vriendelijk personeel maar duur.

Het was een geweldig uitzicht en locatie, maar vrij duur voor wat het is. $ 6 voor wasgoed en betaalde douches voor een $ 50+ camping is eerlijk gezegd onaanvaardbaar.

Ik zou niet aanraden. De zelf-check-in-instructies waren onvolledig. Er was geen envelop met de kaart en Wi-Fi-wachtwoord zoals beloofd, en ik vond mijn site alleen dankzij de hulp van een andere gast. De camping was extreem donker, zonder verlichting helemaal. Het was onmogelijk om de keuken en badkamers te vinden, dus we moesten koken en douchen in ons motorhuis. Wandelen rond in bijna 0 ° C temperaturen met een bang drie jaar oud kind voelde zich niet veilig of comfortabel. 0/10

Not a real good place to stay if you are looking for a proper camping. As most the people said, the toilets are really far from the actuall campsite, the wifi is capped on 500 MB, the showers are paid and the toilets are not really clean nor they were dirty. Furthermore there is no privacy as it’s just 1 big field of grass. Which get’s soaky after rain. The views are really nice though!

Good for first campsite in NZ.

Beautiful lake view site, it was sunny and warm when we were there which really helped. Chilled site, with a 10-15 minute drive into Wanaka if you need anything.

Nice lakeside setting, but pretty expensive for what it is. The showers/toilets are super far away, and not the cleanest. There’s also a $2 for a hot shower - doesn’t sound like much money but just an extra charge when you’re already paying $45+. Laundry is also $6, more than other sites I’ve stayed at. Probably wouldn’t return.

You pay $50+ for a site, and then they charge you extra for a slightly better view of the lake and extra again to use the showers which are swarming with bugs - It didn’t feel clean. Washing machine was one of the most expensive we’ve had so far too ($6 per wash) It’s a shame as it’s in a great location

We stayed for 2 nights on an unpowered site lake front and enjoyed it. Great views! A bit of a walk to the kitchen, toilet and showers, but enjoy the views while you walk 😉 2$ for 6 min hot shower. They rent e-mountainbikes for a good price, but be quick since they are popular!
