Clean showers & toilets and very quiet for this time of the year, only few others with us. Quite expensive but the cheapest one in this area. Also big kitchen. CASH ONLY so come prepared.

Er is geen noodzaak om uw plaats te reserveren op CamperMate. Ze zullen u vragen om contant te betalen, maar zullen niet aarzelen om ook uw bankrekening te debiteren direct nadat u hen het geld hebt gegeven en zullen spelen dood om u niet terug te betalen. ik heb vrienden die naar South Island gaan, en ik heb deze camping niet aan hen aanbevolen. Misschien zal deze beoordeling hen aanmoedigen om te reageren, en ik zal eindelijk een antwoord krijgen.

The receptionist was rude. Very expensive

Would absolutely not recommend this place book elsewhere if you can! Sites are very small and feel crammed in. No parking for vehicles/boats. The bathrooms although modern are disgustingly dirty. Showers especially. Be lucky to get a hot shower too. No great views. Extremely high prices paid per person not per site. But the biggest issue is the owner. Appalling people skills. She was exceptionally rude to us multiple times she came storming over to our site and rudely spoke to us.

Prime holiday season, so ended up paying $90 per night for an un-powered site! At least it has WI-FI, oh no, it doesn’t work, you just get the spinny wheel of death when you try to log in. Not stayed on a campsite with an 8 foot high sheet-metal fence around it before. From the outside it looks like a Forward Operating Base from Afghanistan! Showers and toilet block good, kitchen ok. Name of site is Fiordland Great Views, only from the kitchen and outside eating area though!

Modern and clean toilets/showers, spacious and green places, a wonderful view and friendly personnel. Great stop before and/or after visiting Milford Sound.

Horrible place. Especially for this price. We arrived at 9 and there was no one. We couldn’t reach anyone. Showers were icecold in the evening and morning. No facilities.

Really good park with best facilities. However we were disappointed there was really no hot water in the evening for a shower even though the park less than half full. Also no actual views from the campsites due to a huge hedge along the boundary.

Booked & paid online via campermate app on arrival day, no problems. Arrived 5pm, called manager to checkin, she was lovely and chatty. Gave all info we needed. Nonpowered & powered sites grassy and well maintained, some bush fences for feel of privacy. Calm feel, mostly couples, some families. Probs cleanest & most modern toilet/shower facilities we've used roadtripping the past +2weeks in nz. In shower had to wait a bit for hot water, but worked fine.Hair dryers provided. Visited mid Nov '25.
