Topp plass - rett på elven. Mye plass til å velge et sted. Sandy kjøring i det trenger 4wd. ingen fasiliteter, mange brannbranner og mange mennesker svømmer

Great spot, lots of space, great view. Definitely 4WD only. However it is now managed by Parks so you’re supposed to book online.

We loved it ( semi off rd caravan) no problem just don’t get in the soft stuff and take firewood in ?

Really great spots to free camp all along the river. We have a 4WD but I think that a 2WD could access most spots without too much trouble, except in the wet.

Beautiful spot. We stayed one night. Kids had fun play on their kayaks. Millions of bugs after the sun went down we had to leave our fire and go inside

Awesome spot to camp. Was a bit hot so we put our gazebo in the water and sat to cool off. We stayed 2 nights in swags.

Great spot to camp. 4WD required in wet season, or if you’re driving through the deep sand in the river. Otherwise a 2WD with some clearance is enough to access many camp spots closer to the main 2 mile track.

It is a paradise. River nature mountains many birds. The sand track to arrive requires a 4wd, suddenly not too crowded, very quiet.

Has anyone stayed here in a campervan? Description says 4wd but pictures show a Maui campervan which is similar to what I’m driving.

Absolutely loved this campsite! Right next to the river and lots of space. We built up our tents on the sand close to the water, it was beautiful. Would recommend a 4WD tho
