Flott leirområde, vennlig personale, men dyrt

Det var en flott utsikt og beliggenhet, men ganske dyrt for hva det er. $ 6 for vask og betalt dusjer for en $ 50 + campingplass er ærlig uakseptabelt.

Instruksjonene for innsjekking var ufullstendige. Det var ikke noe kuvert med kartet og Wi-Fi-passordet som lovet, og jeg fant bare nettstedet mitt takket være en annen gjestes hjelp. Campingplassen var ekstremt mørk, uten belysning i det hele tatt. Det var umulig å finne kjøkkenet og badet, så vi måtte lage mat og dusje i motorhuset vårt.

Not a real good place to stay if you are looking for a proper camping. As most the people said, the toilets are really far from the actuall campsite, the wifi is capped on 500 MB, the showers are paid and the toilets are not really clean nor they were dirty. Furthermore there is no privacy as it’s just 1 big field of grass. Which get’s soaky after rain. The views are really nice though!

Good for first campsite in NZ.

Beautiful lake view site, it was sunny and warm when we were there which really helped. Chilled site, with a 10-15 minute drive into Wanaka if you need anything.

Nice lakeside setting, but pretty expensive for what it is. The showers/toilets are super far away, and not the cleanest. There’s also a $2 for a hot shower - doesn’t sound like much money but just an extra charge when you’re already paying $45+. Laundry is also $6, more than other sites I’ve stayed at. Probably wouldn’t return.

You pay $50+ for a site, and then they charge you extra for a slightly better view of the lake and extra again to use the showers which are swarming with bugs - It didn’t feel clean. Washing machine was one of the most expensive we’ve had so far too ($6 per wash) It’s a shame as it’s in a great location

We stayed for 2 nights on an unpowered site lake front and enjoyed it. Great views! A bit of a walk to the kitchen, toilet and showers, but enjoy the views while you walk 😉 2$ for 6 min hot shower. They rent e-mountainbikes for a good price, but be quick since they are popular!

Wifi var ganske mye ikke-eksisterende i vår plassering på ubeskyttet sted 12 i slutten. Det er også en cap av 500mb på det det ser ut som jeg trengte det for et anrop og det kuttet meg av halvveis gjennom. Ikke verdt $50 her, men $2 for dusjer var veldig god verdi sammenlignet med hvor som helst annet noensinne har vært. men vi hovedsakelig bestilt for wifi så skuffet over det.
