A little boring for us! More a child attraction! not worth 35dollars! Its just a train ride not more extraordinary than that! nice view on top but nothing wow

-Beautiful ride on an old mines track through a re-sprouted forest of indigenous plants and trees -And through the viewpoint at the end of the trip, there are fantastic views over the Coromandel coast -The friendly drivers tell you about the history of the railway and the pottery --Uriginally served the train transports of the related pottery (pottery in Pacific Pacific can be purchased)

Well worth the effort to get here, great time spent here one not to miss ?

Awesome trip -- totally worth the $35 entry fee! Narrow gauge rail trip through tunnels and viaducts, switchbacks, etc to a viewing platform at the top. We were pleased and surprised at how well done this is!! About one hour and fifteen minute for the full ride.
