Chris was a wonderful guide, we did the walking tour with our 3 kids, 11, 9 & 8. Our son is autistic and Chris took the time to explain things in detail and talk about the local geological wonders. He also gave one of our daughters a shoulder ride when she got tired. Everyone loved it. And an added bonus to soak in the hot tubs at the end.

Helihike: 7/10 points.. Hike on the glacier was awesome!!!, but unfortunately the "Heliflight" was sooo short (5min one way) & we could not see any other glaciers or mountains. It is more a transport than scenic flight.. So if you want to do a Glacier hike it is nice, but don't expect big sightseeing.. We still enjoyed our trip ?

Our favorite NZ activity! WOW! Can really recommend the heli-hike. The company is very professional and cater for all your needs. The experience is definitely worth every cent.

Unfortunately, the helicikes are often not available due to the weather. They only fly in clear weather.

Great experience to go through very tight ice crevices and see the glacier up close. Bit expensive in my opinion but is a once in a lifetime experience.

Vi vandret Heli Hike på Mount Cook. Gå på isbreen, med godt utstyr (lånte) var utmerket. Vi har aldri gjort dette og opplevelsen er verdt det. På den annen side hadde vi andre forventninger til turen, det var veldig guidet, vi kunne ikke ta bilder når vi ønsket, vi måtte gå veldig tett etter hverandre. 'Vi var en gruppe på 10, som er viktig på en isbre. Vår spasertur var begrenset til en tomt.
