Great location for airport and Hobart. Lovely flowers and shrubs and tidy site. All good laundry plus outside line space and ok kitchen facilities (albeit small, & did have limited equipment). Very acceptable bathrooms. Glad to see a bandicoot! Buses to city and back several times during day. Very friendly booking and check in.
Piękne, ciche miejsce z doskonałymi loosami i prysznicami. Wyjątkowa tajska restauracja na miejscu.
Dostępne, czyste i zamknięte wszystko od atrakcji i zakupów
Location was ok. Powered site had a dump station. Showers run 5mins with 1 min pause before you can restart. Good experience. Bushes surround each campsite so there’s privacy.
Conveniently located for airport and city. Powered sites have bushes in between, astro turf/concrete slabs. 7 min showers but can be prolonged after short waiting, clean. They have rather tame bandicoots (haven't seen a single in the wild!). The tasmanian native hens are also very approachable. Lots of parrots and other birds.
Very good to stay if you need to be clone to the airport or Hobart clean and good amenities nice places for tents!
Stayed on one of the few remaining unpowered site. Good price, good facilities and more than one block. Reception & site staff very friendly. Would happily return here on another trip. Convenient for Hobart city, airport, coal valley & even Port Arthur.
Great holiday park, only 15mins drive from Hobart CBD. Juliane one of the Holiday Parks reception/office workers is so friendly and helpful with offering advice on what is available and also things nearby etc. This place has 4 individual seperate toilet/shower areas; great for privacy and to be able to take your time getting ready etc in your own space. You literally have a space to yourself including a toilet, shower, sink and PowerPoint. These showers run for 5mins, but you only have to wait 1min to start the shower again. Other standard communal toilets/shower facilities available, shower time here is 7mins and again you only wait 1min to start the shower again. Includes a communal kitchen area with a basic but still decent automatic coffee/hot choc machine ($2 a drink), fridges, stovetop, microwave and PowerPoints. Laundry including dryers for use, $5 per wash and $5 for approx 60mins in the dryer. Super easy to travel to the CBD, closeby Richmond and the airport if that’s how you choose to travel!
Stayed in a power site in April 2021 , Reception lady very friendly and helpful, cleaner elderly lady not so friendly I’ll say … maybe was just my impression tho! All In all a good campsite for the night before returning the campervan otherwise I’ll recommend to look somewhere else as this is a bit pricey.
Stayed before returning campervan booked same day! Great reception lady waited for us upon late arrival.
