Very pretty campsite and well maintained by DOC. Was almost empty when we stayed in May and very quiet. Some issue with midges but not too bad. We had idyllic site overlooking the river.

Beautiful campsite, nice nature and clean flush toilets. Sink with non potable water. Quiet, but you can hear the birds, sheep and roosters (especially in the morning). We did not see anyone from DOC to check bookings.

Piękna lokalizacja wliczona w pas DOC. Czyste toalety spłukujące czuły się luksusowe w porównaniu do wielu miejsc, w których się zatrzymaliśmy, a wszędzie było cicho i spokojnie. Piękna rzeka na dole i stoły piknikowe do gotowania i jedzenia. Trochę mylące, aby dostać się, ponieważ nie widzieliśmy znaku przed wejściem na długą drogę grzbietową, ale w końcu się tam dostajesz. Jedynym minusem były błędy, ponieważ nie mogliśmy spędzić większości wieczora na zewnątrz, zanim zostaliśmy zaskoczeni.

Naprawdę piękny kemping, z piękną rzeką (z basenem) wspaniały widok na góry i dużo miejsca.

Good spot, lot of space, probably a nice view (too much rain to be sure), fire spots, clean flushable toilets, non drinkable water, no phone reception. Too expensive for what it is : no cold shower, no shelter, no drinkable water... Feel fooled to pay the fee for this.

Beautiful campsite among green hills with lots of space and few people. Sites are on well-maintained grass fields. Along the campsite is a river that you can swim in and there are spots to make campfires.

Very nice campsite, heaps of space for everyone. Loved the birdsongs in the morning. Don’t forget the insect repellent!!

Second time here so it must be ok ? this time there was less travellers so beautiful and quiet. I would reccomend this place and i will return
