Beautiful place to relax and unwind. Stayed 2 nights paid nothing for a permit online. Alot of places to park.

Piękne malownicze widoki na plażę, aby obudzić się, ale bardzo hałaśliwy jak w pobliżu głównej drogi. spłukiwanie toalety z kanapkami. Dotknij do mycia naczyń, nie pić wody. stacja dumping. Muszą mieć pozwolenie przedłożone do rady przed kempingiem.

Piękny widok i prosto na plaży, ale także na ruchliwej drodze. Dużo złamanego szkła i mnóstwo śmieci. To nie zostało wyczyszczone przez jakiś czas, jak wiele śmieci zakopane w piasku. Jedna z najgorszych plaż, które byłem w NZ. Cieszę się, że nie oddałem pełnego 18 $, jak zaleca. Na podstawie tej lokalizacji, sugeruję Gisborne Rada zniechęca gości z obozu. Ma tak wiele potencjału. nosić buty. Nie przynosić dzieci lub zwierząt. Nie dobre.

Mam mieszane uczucia na temat Gisborne Council i jak nie zarządzają własnymi witrynami, gdy musimy zapłacić 18 dolarów za noc. Na pewno widok jest niesamowity, ale na ulicach jest śmieci i toaleta, która jest brutalna.

An amazing stopover on the coast. Toilets and rubbish with permit. So close to Gisborne but road busy with logging. Stay 2 nights and chill.

Closed outside of daylight savings, gorgeous drive along the coast though.

There are two zones - one from Sept to April and one from 26 Dec to 1 Feb. It isn’t clear where the second zone starts so we parked close to the toilets (and others were parked further along than us) but were approached by a friendly council officer in the morning to tell us we were in the wrong place. So our advice is to stay on the other side of river to be sure.

Not a good place to turn up at if you are an overseas visitor just traveling independtly, having to book these places needs too much foresight and is too difficult to plan if you have only limited time.

This is a lovely spot, but not great if you want a quiet nights sleep. The logging trucks were roaring past all night.

Beautiful spot! Gorgeous sunset! We stayed closer to the point end. It's basically a thin strip between the road and beach, road very busy due to time of year probably. Still, very lucky to turn up and get a space for 2 families on New Year's Day!
