Jeśli myślisz o zatrzymaniu się w Balclutha na noc, zrób sobie przysługę i zrób podróż kolejnych 10 minut do Kaitangata. Kiedyś dobrze prosperujące miasto węglowe teraz małe spokojne miejsce tuż nad rzeką Clutha. Obóz motoryzacyjny był niespodziewanie fantastyczny. Naprawdę przyjemny i pomocny check-in i najlepsze udogodnienia prysznicowe, które spotykamy do tej pory w NZ. Udogodnienia BBQ, kuchnia i pranie wszystko wyglądało dobrze, ale nie korzystaliśmy z żadnego z nich.

INCREDIBLE campsite. The owner was lovely, showed my partner were to find everything on arrival and gave us a map to plan our trip round the catlins. Paid $35 for a powered site (2 people) for 1 night. Showers were FREE & great, good pressure, hot and most importantly very clean. The bathroom facilities in general were the best we’ve had so far, very modern and again very clean. (4 toilets, 2 showers, all in its own sealed off room. Camp kitchen is well equipped (inside). Talking about a hidden gem. clean quite area. Greet bar and restaurant next to the camp site. Staf so friendly

The shower and toilet were new and comfortable ! We spent a month traveling around campsite and enjoyed the old-fashioned facilities in their own way but it was a first time using brand new shower rooms with heat light.

It's a good little place to stop over. The facilities, like the toilets and washing machine, are modern. The hostess was very friendly. Kayaks are available for rent. Good value for money. 🙂👍🏼

Excellent campground with new restrooms and super hot showers. Very friendly welcome and very well-maintained site. $35 for 2 people with electricity. Highly recommended.

Well worth the short drive from sh1, very well set up camp, everything you need with nice friendly and helpful staff, just awesome and there's a bar and grill right next door, huge meals so make sure your real hungry when you walk in the door
