Obóz jest piękny w słoneczny dzień - przepływa rzeka, świetny widok na śnieżne góry. Warto 11km jazdy od głównej drogi, ostatni 1km drogi żwirowej nie było złe.

Piękne miejsce, ale bez toalety.

Jeśli pochodzisz z USA i byłeś na boondocking / rozproszony kemping, to miejsce jest idealne. Nie było toalet ani pojemników na śmieci, ale był spokój i cisza i piękna rzeka.

There aren’t any toilets or any signs at all

Only self contained campers that are certified. No toilets also no signs with information. Don’t camp on the river as the water rises when raining

Two gravel areas by the river, at risk of flooding. It rained a lot while I was there yesterday and there was no issue but was warned by the nice woman who came to check the self contained sticker that the water could rush in very quickly. No amenities at site (no water, toilet, trash). River looked like it could be nice but not in rainy weather. Really good public toilets in Whataroa, 12 min drive away.

Nice spot by the river and good view of mountains. No phone reception, bins or toilets. Toilets are 10 min drive in town. Plenty of space. Gravel drive but nothing awful.
