You need a NPWS sticker to get in and a camping permit if you want to stay the night but the facilities are fantastic. The view is million dollar and on the inbound road nearby are some nice BBQ facilities set amongst the rainforest. Fishing opportunities on the beach and either side but caution is advised as many have lost their lives from the rocks. Nice clear and clean beach is seldom visited weekdays by local surfers and fisher folk. Worthwhile to visit even for the day. Another beach called Redocre or Birdie just to the south. But be aware -that one is a nudist beach!
