Lugar agradável na praia, pessoal amigável, cozinha grande. instalações sanitárias desde 1950 não mudou

Acampamento caro pelo que oferece (velhas comodidades). no entanto, a vista da lagoa pela manhã é muito agradável!

Maravilhoso acampamento. Desatualizado, mas limpo. Mulher muito amigável na recepção. Aqui você pode encontrar paz e relaxamento. altamente recomendado.

Parecia um acampamento bonito na tarde, mas por volta das 8 da manhã a música alta começou no lado oposto da praia e não parou mesmo depois das 10 da tarde. Decidi sair imediatamente, mas a porta estava trancada para que eu não pudesse! Mesmo o número de telefone no site estava morto. No final eu tive sorte, alguns casais estavam vindo para o acampamento tarde e eles tinham as chaves, para que eu pudesse escapar para uma área de acampamento de liberdade. De qualquer forma, a pior experiência da minha vida e desperdiçou 21$

We liked the site but the showers were so hot you couldn't get under them . All on tokens at a price extra. Husband stranded whilst covered in soap! need to get there before office shuts as key deposit is needed. Remote so need to be self contained but once washed and organised, all good!

Nice place, but quite expensive.

We got to hang out for 2nights after new year. Lovely being right on the ocean bay/ back eddy. Tis a typical kiwi camp. If u want 5star don’t come but if u enjoy a good ole kiwi camping holiday it was great. We were lucky not too busy but it is very popular over Xmas new year. Owners and their team very helpful.

Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas, beautiful place, but the showers were cold or lukewarm and you had to pay to use them, the rubbish bins were smelly and overflowing, for the fee paid per person a night I’d a least expect warm showers. On the plus side, the sites are well maintained and the owners are very nice.

Camping in a magnificent setting! The owners are charming! The amenities are dated but clean!

Nice place but have to accept locals wandering around your caravan on way and coming back from collecting shellfish. Had one walk between our camp chairs, didn’t even say anything. Another wandering around drinking beer most of the afternoon and using toilets in the camp. Too much freedom for those not camping and use of camps grounds Not recommended for this reason. Facilities very dated too.
