An amazing DOC campsite! Numerous grassy sites, some completely open, others more secluded with trees. Very quiet. Large common room with a hob, microwave, fridge, recycling bins, and Wi-Fi. Unlimited hot showers and toilets. A washing machine ($3), a dryer, and even a clothesline. Everything is super clean. Cell phone signal is practically nonexistent. If you have the DOC Pass, it is not usable during a certain period between December and February.

This campsite is the Ritz equivalent of any DOC site we’ve been to across both islands. I nearly cried when I saw free WiFi and hot showers.

Wi-Fi, cozinha equipada com stovetop, caldeira, sofás e mesa de jantar; chuveiros quentes ilimitados, banheiros limpos. Para lavagem: atualmente há apenas uma máquina de lavar ($3/wash) e sem secador, e infelizmente a linha de roupa está na sombra quase todo o dia. As parcelas devem ser cortadas porque seus pés sempre estarão molhados com a grama alta e, portanto, também muitos insetos.

Grande acampamento. As comodidades são limpas e operacionais. A cozinha era ótima para cozinhar. Wifi no edifício para se você precisar. Ao redor do acampamento embora o sinal é fraco. Tranquilo com caminhadas ao redor da área. 10/10 e ficaria aqui novamente.

Lindo acampamento, espaçosos locais e instalações limpas com chuveiros quentes e fogões elétricos. Água de tap precisa ser fervida antes de usar. Cozinha e banheiro fornecem muitas tomadas de energia para recarga, o que não vimos com frequência! O único lugar em que tive recepção foi ao lado do banco exterior pela cozinha (Um). Caminhadas curtas e longas ao redor da área. DOC pass está incluído (exceto para a temporada movimentada).

Fantastic campsite, very well kept grounds, hot showers included not timed, full kitchen with hobs and toaster and sinks with a hot water urn also, kitchen had a table to sit next to a fire too

Great fully serviced campsite with on site wardens who were super friendly. Pitches have plenty of space between them with some in trees and others in open. Look at the online map on DOC site and you can pre book the pitch you want. Great kitchen and toilets and lots of walks of varying lengths.
