So actually didn’t stay here but drove through thinking we would camp here the night! Don’t waste your time.. totally run down … and there are 3 suitable Freedom Camping Soyes on the way in ..

Beautiful location right on the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The facilities (toilets, showers, kitchen) are a bit old, but clean. The atmosphere is somewhat junkyard-like, including cats and dogs. Rather expensive for what you get.

Only stayed for one night to go to the gannet colony at Cape Kidnappers but loved it here. Friendly and full of character and charm. The most wonderful sunset - go and sit on a log on the beach and watch the light fade with a kingfisher or two in the background. Facilities old and basic but clean. Hot shower included in the price. Manager couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful especially when my awning blew off. Beach is shingle but good cycle tracks nearby and got a decent dog walk in

Lugar horrível. Mais desfiladeiro do que o acampamento. Instalações velhas e estragadas. Incrível. Drying de chuveiro. Entre o solo e o mar é um estacionamento de carro. Praia de pedra com muita madeira morta. Sem vista, sem prazer. Barato em todos os sentidos. Classificações positivas devem ser de pessoas que perderam valores. Fique longe.

Lugar maravilhoso, bom velho kiwi acampamento, instalações limpas e gestão muito amigável.

Definitivamente voltará. instalações um pouco mais antigas, mas os chuveiros são quentes. A cozinha também é boa. Darrell é tão frio, ele aleatoriamente nos deu uma noite em sua caravana por apenas 20$pp.

As others have said not the most modern ofsites but clean and quiet with super helpful site manager and friendly permanent residents. So relaxing we stayed an extra day.

Well maintained campsite and welcoming staff :) felt very safe as a solo female camper!

Owner is super nice! The campsite also costs only € for 2 people, for a pitch without electricity. Showers included and the kitchen is not bad either :)
