Great camping. Very busy because of the Easter weekend and the places are fairly close to each other. In the morning many campers leave early with a trailer to go fishing, this makes you wake up. Facilities are okay, fairly clean but don't look up because there is full of spider networks. Nice environment so on the beach.

Ficamos em um campervan em um local alimentado muito espalhado (como alguns que ficamos na NZ estavam bem empacotados). instalações razoáveis, limpas e cozinha compacta e limpa.

Pessoal muito amigável e terreno de acampamento bem configurado. Ficamos uma noite no local alimentado depois de visitar o Cape Reinga pelo sistema de reservas on-line. A proximidade pela loja, ao norte de Campground ao longo da estrada estadual 1 (Houhora Honey Bees) Pies caseiros são tão...delicioso. Depois de check-out do acampamento , vamos ao norte novamente para comprar mais pizzas para o nosso almoço e jantar. Esses pizzas são o melhor bolo que eu comi na NZ.

Really nice holiday park, bathroom and toilets are clean, functional kitchen, $1 coin for a hot shower already included in the booking fee. We booked online and arrived late after the office hour, and the staff left us an envelope with welcome letter, instruction to enter the site, a map, and $1 coins for the hot shower. Super thoughtful! We went and spoke with the staff in the morning and she gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do around. Overall really great experience!

Escolha este site como um dos poucos reserváveis no caminho para o Cabo Reinga. O site estava ocupado e os terrenos pequenos e próximos uns aos outros, infelizmente fomos colocados na área da cozinha oposta onde alguns grandes grupos eram bastante ruidosos. Apesar da situação olhar bem lutamos para encontrar uma caminhada agradável como é principalmente estuário de barro. Instalações limpas precisam pagar por chuveiros. Aviso se você estiver viajando para o norte há uma distância de 85 milhas entre as estações de combustível, embora haja um alguns quilômetros antes do Cabo Reinga.

Maravilhoso acampamento - chuveiros limpos com boa pressão da água! $ 1 dólar por 5 min. Pode caminhar para a praia em baixa maré.

E se foi muito bem aqui, ficaram duas noites muito tranquilas na temporada seguinte.

Beautiful place !! Great hot showers $1 for 6mins - fantastic pressure. Awesome kitchen and bbq area. Quite a busy place with what seems many long term guests however they are absolutely welcoming and friendly. Great office lady - all facilities were awesome. You don't actually get a water view as such as there are humps of hills around as wind breakers which you absolutely want as can be sure windy ! very cool place to explore, lovely and clean

Place was clean but couldn’t get to sleep due to the party in the community kitchen area.

Nice campsite for families, we stopped one night and we enjoyed it. We stayed on the left side of the campsite , very busy but spacious. The only problem we faced was the poor pressure on the showers.
