This place is an absolute gem, a hidden beauty. The park is so well maintained, facilities simple but immaculately clean, hot showers and the bonus of being able to have a camp fire was amazing. Mark the park manager was fantastic, we told him we were on our honeymoon he really looked after us and even dropped off a lovely bottle of Pinot. Highly recommended, I’m absolutely baffled by any negative reviews.

Absolutamente maravilhoso lugar rústico bom velho kiwi acampamento em seu melhor não comercializado, proprietários fantásticos, instalação muito limpa, chuveiros quentes agradáveis incluídos em sua estadia, máquina de lavar disponível, o som da vida das aves é incrível e belas caminhadas para o rio com buracos de natação. E eles permitem incêndios em poços de fogo designados. ambiente familiar amigável e respeitoso. Definitivamente vale a pena ficar.

Bonito acampamento, mas todas as caravanas permanentes vazias não são convidativas. Sítios movidos são limitados e estão ao ar livre. Sítios de tendas nas árvores são bonitos. Bônus de poço de fogo. Banheiros e chuveiros ok.

Ótimo lugar para ficar. bom, espaçoso e calmo. hospedeiro amigável e instalações limpas. Recomendo

We stayed a night in february : very nice hosts, super calm surroundings and not at all crowded contrary to what i read in a previous comment. The hot shower (included in the night fee) was such a relief after a long day...

By far the nicest campsite we’ve been to! Not only was the host friendly and welcoming but the facilities were so clean. Someone mentioned space being an issue, maybe we just got lucky but this campground is massive and plenty of options to be away from others. There is a lot of camper vans around but the host explained they’re being stored here which wasn’t a problem for us. Fantastic hot showers included in camp fees - best pressure we’ve had this trip so far and a washing machine for $2 (honesty box system for this, note there is no dryer!) Lovely stream at the bottom of the campgrounds that would be great for a summer evening swim. We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up doing another night, highly recommended for the cost!!
