The positive points: the toilets are clean, there is room, dump station and drinking water. Big points to know before coming: industrial area, it really doesn’t smell good. abandoned garbage. nearby airport, lots of air passes.

Very good spot, as far as freedom camping goes it has good facilities with a toilet very close and water refill and disposal. Only problem is there’s little space so try be there for 3-5, all spots were filled by about 5pm

Decent spot near Nelson, dump station & potable water on site. As well as flush toilets. Right in an industrial estate next to a recycling centre so can be noisy. Filled up by 5:30pm

A good site. In an industrial site but quiet. We got the last space at 4pm. Lots of vehicles coming after. Clean toilets with lights, drinking water and dump station.

Fantastic campsite. Showers, clean toilets, sinks to wash dishes, public gas stove, and on top of that, right by the water. However, because of all this, it fills up crazy quick. Caught the last spot at 2pm.. Insane

Muito bom lugar ao lado de uma trilha de ciclismo / caminhada onde você pode ver muitos pássaros de manhã ou à noite. Os banheiros são realmente limpos e há até mesmo uma estação de esgoto com água potável! eu recomendo chegar lá antes de 3pm para obter um lugar.

Lugar bonito com dois banheiros, água doce e uma estação de descarte. Está em um estacionamento na borda de um espaço industrial, mas tem uma bela vista olhando para fora. Mais bonito do que os parques de estacionamento de acampamento de liberdade em Nelson na minha opinião! Enche-se bastante rapidamente.

Smallish site so does fill up quite quickly. Nice walk on the coast. Toilets are good. Dump station and fresh water on site which is a bonus.

Practical camp. Enough space, toilets (no soap) and dumping station right next to parking spaces. Can be louder at night as the camp is in the city.
