Very disappointing experience. The reviews were good and we had heard positive things, but the reality was very different. They didn’t reply to our WhatsApp messages or emails, and nobody was there when we arrived. The bathrooms were dirty, with soaking wet floors, and the kitchen was unclean, with many things not working. The maintenance staff we encountered were unfriendly and sometimes rude. It’s a shame, but we definitely do not recommend this place.

Very beautiful place with everything you need available! Electricity, kitchen, bathroom with hot water, even a laundry corner 👍🏼 and all that at an affordable price!

Confortável e fácil de caminhar para restaurantes. Centro de informações ao lado da estrada. Taxas muito boas - melhor do que áreas menos visitadas na Ilha do Norte. Banheiros limpos. Locais cercados por jardins que os tornam privativos.

Este lugar é absolutamente maravilhoso! Os chuveiros e cozinhas são super convenientes e sempre arrumados. Além disso, as vistas das montanhas e do topo são simplesmente deslumbrantes. É fácil de acessar, e os pontos são perfeitos para RVs. Você também encontrará uma estação de descarga, água limpa e tomadas de energia que são uma brisa para usar. Altamente recomendado! Depois de um longo dia, pegue uma cerveja no centro da cidade - é apenas uma curta caminhada.

Chegamos espontaneamente e o check-in sem complicações foi um verdadeiro plus.O acampamento está em uma ótima localização e bem configurado.Você só tem que ter muito cuidado se você estiver dirigindo um campervan (nosso é 7,8m longo) para evitar bater em pedras ao sair.

Really cute campsite with private powered sites. Only downside is when we showered at 10pm the bathrooms needed some tlc (only 2 open cubicles for the whole site)

Perfect location! Camping in the heart of Franz Joseph, each location has privacy thanks to the hills and trees, everything is super clean. Spacious bathroom, there is even a dry hair girl side. Eviver with hot water and kitchen space. $20 for 1 person it is perfect

We really enjoyed it! The toilets and showers were very clean. There was even a hairdryer available if needed. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the campsite, and self-check-in was easy. The kitchen is outdoors but functional. We were able to use the kettle and toaster for lunch. Several pitches are private, offering a sense of privacy.

Clean facilities, hot showers, lovely sites nestled in the bush for our Hi-Top van, best stay that we've had.
