Good spot for a night. Other campers there as well so it didn't feel unsafe. But pretty noisy since it is close to the highway, make sure you have some ear plugs.

It’s a Caltex gas station now not BP. Large gravel/sand area. Stay at the farest side so less noice from the road. And there is some shade there. Gas station has a free toilet you just have to go through the gas station. Gas station is open 24 hours. They have a mini supermarket in it so anything you need they have. Showers 10 Aus, you will get a key in chance for yours. Of course you get it back. It’s clean and nice and hot. Coin operated washing facilities present. 45 min from Airlie beach

Yes $10 showers in the actual gas station. So you do it if you want. Large area. It can be noisy but you are so close to a major road, bring ear plugs. The shop is well stocked too. For free it is good. Toilets are clean again because it is a gas station. Quite enjoyable and not too loud for me. If you are sensitive to noise put in ear plugs

You have to pay 10$ for a shower

If you don’t have ear-plugs I wouldn’t stay, trucks come in & out all night and leave engines running . Huge area, very dusty when dry weather.

Good place for one night, there’s a lot of space, a little noisy because it is next to the highway but no issues at all. The toilets where clean and we also had a hot shower (no one told us we had to pay so we didn’t pay).
