Apex Beach is absolutely stunning. One of the best river beaches around.

Ne-am bucurat de campingul Riverside. Acces mare la plaja cu nisip la râu. Nu există toalete sau mese aici. Acoperire telefonică este disponibilă. Accesul vehiculelor ar putea fi dificil după ploaie.

If there has been a couple days rain I would be a bit cautious, there are a few spots where you may get stuck, if you have a 4x4 it won't be an issue. But I have a normal sedan, it was wet, I got through with a van (just). It's a beautiful river beach. Walk the track before you try, stop before the train line and walk the track first, it will take you 15 minutes each way but it's worth it.
