Am sosit într-o după-amiază de miercuri și am fost singurii acolo. Foarte liniștit, un bar de recepție cu Spark, utilizabil numai pentru elementele esențiale goale. Toalete funcționale, dar murdare. Cu toate acestea, a existat un duș cald curat și gratuit (!) cu un cubicle privat. Fantastic și o mie de puncte plus. Cutii de gunoi erau disponibile.

Came here on a Friday afternoon. The toilets were alright and it was quiet but looked a bit rough. As soon as we opened the door it absolutely stunk! Not sure if it was the toilets or what? But really bad smell. Wouldn’t want any windows or doors open. Then saw the review about noise across the river and always worry about weekends. Ended up leaving and going to Little Waipa which was huge clean and beautiful.

I came on a Thursday night and it was fine. A ute came.around midnight and parked next to me with the engine on. When i looked throught the window, they moved a bit further and switched off the engine and the lights. With all the comments on other freecamps, I didn't feel so safe but the spot is great with hot shower ! So I would still recommend it. Just lock your van while you sleep.

A stunning spot, with hot shower and a clean toilet. Quite a bit of space, only 3 other campers when we were there. Unfortunately there were some hoons at Bulmers Landing on the other side of the lake playing loud music and doing burn outs to 4.30am. It could easily have been our campground they chose though. I dont think this is a high priority for the police, however it might help if the council put in some speed bumps? We stayed on a Friday night. Might be worse Friday and Saturday?

Close to the river and nice free hot shower

Beautiful location. A few other campers. We sent a very peaceful and enjoyable night here.

Un loc frumos, dar un loc popular pentru tineri. Am rămas într-o seară de vineri. Muzică tare până târziu, argumentează, și un 2am bate la ușa mea, pe care nu am deschis. O mașină a ieșit din combustibil. Apoi separat, un tip cu tăietori de șuruburi a sosit la 5.30am pentru a încerca să fure bateria de duș. Cea mai rea experiență de camper vreodată. Viziunea este pitorească. A fost fericită, până când a căzut întunericul.

Un loc frumos de-a lungul râului. Câteva vane acolo și câini și copii joacă fericit în lac. Dar oamenii au fost respectuoși și nici muzică sau zgomot. Slăbiciuni de bază decente și bucăți de duș bune. Loc minunat. Nici o putere.

Iubit acest loc! ocupat și în mod clar un loc localnicii iubesc în weekend, dar ne-a plăcut energia aceasta a adus. dușuri calde și toalete.

Am stat aici acum câteva săptămâni și ne-am bucurat de șederea noastră. toalete curate și chiar un duș solar cald gratuit. Au existat câteva familii care ar fi putut fi rezidenți permanenți, dar au fost liniștiți și respectuoși.
