The best campground I’ve ever been to. - Small site in the middle of nowhere (I was the only one there!!) - Lots of cabins as well as powered sites to hook up to - lovely kitchen with fridges freezers, oven microwave everything including pots pans tubs the lot - very clean shower and toilets - Dedicated games room garage - Free Hi-Speed Starlink Internet! - Easy to book online and find irl This was the best paid campsite I’ve ever stayed at, I was the only one there for my stay and loved it <3

So peaceful. Facilities provide a home away from home. Adjacent to golf course. Spent 2 nights. Road from Wellsford about 37 km. Only 13 km of unsealed road which is in excellent condition. Take all provisions. We had no cellphone coverage on Skinny. Wifi provided is not great.

A lovely peaceful place in the middle of nowhere! Facilities are spotless a credit to the owners. Very patchy WiFi provided. Spark coverage non existent Voda 2 bars. Be aware there is a 15 minute drive on dirt roads to get here. If you want peace and quiet, come here! The owners are lovely and helpful. Recommended. #55627.

Campground is set amongst farmland, approximately 1.2 walk through farmlands to Kaipara Harbor (tidal go at low tide). Lovely spotlessly clean campground with new facilities, camp sites somewhat undulating but as fairly empty we had no difficulty finding a level site. Showers are free and washing machine cost a dollar to use, kitchen has great appliances and sinks with utensils and cleaning supplies available. Gas bbq free to use and cooks well. Hosts were friendly and laid back, campground is participating in NZMCA Campsaver so extremely well priced. We particularly enjoyed the quiet and star filled night sky. Would certainly come back again.

Wow so peaceful. End of summer holidays and no one around. Great hosts of small but immaculate camp ground. We’ll be back in spring time.

The graveled road to paradise! If you’ll find peace - here is it! Our best campground so far, with all you need for being connected to nature. We will definitely come again!
