Plenty of spaces, but was busy by the time we arrived. Sheltered from the main road, careful if you arrive in the dark as the ground is pretty uneven in places. Good cafe onsite which opens at 0800.

Great place to stop over. Plenty of parking on grass if carpark area is full. Nice quite spot behind the museum, which opens early with friendly staff serving up great coffee and food.

Toilet with code, impossible to use

Приятное большое пространство и очень прохладно. Вы чувствуете себя заброшенным позади военного музея и на самом деле окружены природой с другой стороны. Легко парковаться где угодно на траве в зоне кемпинга свободы, очень чистые общественные туалеты рядом с бензиновой станцией.

Тихий и большой (я думаю, что около 20 автоквартир) бесплатный кемпинг с чистыми туалетами на другой стороне дороги на бензиновой станции.

Great spot with toilets not too far across the road. Didn't go to the museum but I would stop by and try it out on my way back through. Great location for exploring Tongariro Nat Park and Lord of the Rings locations

Not the most cosy location but good for one night. I was there with a few other campers. Quiet. Toilers are across the street next to Caltex. The one on the site ate locked (from the museum).

Good location with a great mountain view. There are toilets, but it's a bit noisy with the train and road nearby.
