Очень очаровательная, короткая прогулка сквозь кустарник и джунгли до впечатляющих коров. Вы можете идти на 150 м дальше до Паровых водопадов (Будьте осторожны, много шагов).
We loved this stop, we followed the loop walk through the giant Kauri trees and then continued on to Whangarie Falls. There is also freedom camping spaces at this site as well as toilets but we didn't use them this time.
The road to car park is closed at the moment. So you can't come here with your car
Loved it here. It's a small part of native forest with big Kauri trees on the canopy walks through the treetops with high bridges. Also took the walk to Whangarei falls, what a beautiful scenic walk. Easy walk. Overnight camping permitted in designated area clearly signposted, 3 vehicles, max 1 night stay.
Loved it here, a toilet and information board. A fantastic canopy walk with a gigantic kauri tree, and hardly any people were there
Beautiful walk through the forest, part of the path is made of bridges between trees to admire two large kauri. The ballad lasts 45min at most, beware however, it seems that several people have stolen business in their vehicles at this location.
Nothing special, a nice little park
Go for a short walk through native bush and see a huge kauri tree! Awesome! ???????
It's a nice place to take a break when your coming from auckland going to the north. We stopped there for about 60 minutes. You can follow the walk through a nice forest to see a waterfall and some kauri trees. There is a small parking lot at the east side of the park.
Really cool walk. You could take the walk towards the canopy (large Kauri trees) and break off to the track that runs along the Hatea river all the way to Whangarei Falls. Well worth the visit. The falls are pretty damn awesome too. All up this will probably take you a couple of hours at a slowish pace and stopping for pictures along the way.
