Lugnt ställe att tillbringa natten. Ren och gott om utrymme. Vi tillbringade 2 nätter här med hjälp av det som en bas för de närliggande källorna. Morning birds chorus var en vacker touch att vakna till.

Bra för en natt. Avskild och tyst Inte mycket skugga och rester av en stor eld runt överallt.

Perfect spot

Oct 20. Peaceful & very quiet. Well worth the stopover. Byo loo.

Close to the road so a bit of noise. Level parking and we were all alone. Good stop just north of Mataranka.

Stayed here for 1 night, nice and sucluded with shade from trees. You can still hear the highway but not too much. Lots of ants though and toilet paper around... At least you know where to avoid walking!

Good starting point if you want to spend a day in Mataranka. A small place with a garbage can, right next to the highway.

Good spot. A few separate spaces away from the highway. And reception is there if you needs it and plenty of stars to gaze upon

Good little rest area. When looking at the right hand side of the highway be careful as it’s just a little gravel turn off! No facilities but it’s very close to Mataranka and the springs so a great base if you want to explore the area for free!

Nice spot for the night, not marked as a designated camping area but it is an awesome area off the road and hidden behind trees. Some road noise but still a great sleep. Not too many bugs, a few bites but no where near as bad as some places.
